She completed her graduation in Bachelor of Computer Application from Mount Carmel College in Bengaluru. After completing her graduation, she started teaching in a school. It was her yoga trainer who suggested her to try in entertainment industry and gave auditions to Puri Jagannath for his movie Super. Anushka went for the auditions and got selected as well.
